In the education sector we have undertaken condition surveys on school portfolios for many local education authorities.

In social housing, we have used condition surveys to help develop detailed planned maintenance programmes. We understand the 'Decent Homes' standard and the Housing Health and Safety Rating System. We can also undertake SAP (a simple way of estimating the energy efficiency performance of a home) and provide energy performance certificates.

In the commercial sector, we have undertaken stock condition surveys for a number of high street retail chains, including Waterstones and Mothercare.
