Implantable Contact lenses (ICL)

Eye Care that’s there for you when you need it the most.

Implantable Contact lenses (ICL)

Implantable Contact Lenses (ICL) works with the eye to correct vision from inside the eye. As we all know, a traditional contact lens sits on the surface of the eye. An implantable contact lens is placed inside the eye.

How do I do this?

The ICL is positioned between the iris (the coloured part of the eye) and the natural lens. After implantation the lens stays in the eye providing good vision and stability of vision. If your vision does change with time, the ICL can be easily be removed.

Is this for me?

If you are between 21 years and 45 years old, you are an excellent candidate for the ICL.

ICLs are able to treat patients with ocular surface disorders like thin corneas, dry eyes and patients with low and high prescriptions.

We also offer the following laser eye surgeries
