William Martin was initially instructed to provide defect diagnosis for a range of issues such as cracking on the facade and water ingress to the ornate 1930’s property located in a coastal environment.

After conducting inspections and investigations, William Martin specified and administered a contract to undertake comprehensive external repairs and redecoration including facade cleaning, natural slate re-roofing, liquid applied flat roof system, asphalt repairs, re-rendering, stone repairs and replacement, steel frame corrosion treatment, brickwork repairs and overhauling the steel windows.

This work was carefully programmed and carried out whilst the store remained fully operational in this busy retail area.
