William Martin were instructed to specify, seek competitive tenders, report on tenders received including recommendation of contractor appointment and administering a contract of works on site.

The client had particular programme requirements which resulted in the requirements for sectional completion within the single contract. This was agreed with the contractor with the client being satisfied with the programme that the works were completed within.

Whilst on site, various additional defects were found following close examination utilising scaffold access which resulted in extra works. The scope and extent of additional work was agreed with the client with them being very happy with the overall project.
