William Martin designed and developed the planning drawings into full construction drawings to successfully build a new residential dwelling for our client. Our role including producing construction drawing, a specification of works and contract documents. We organised tendering in accordance with a selective tendering process and then we project managed and completed contract administration duties during the course of the works until successful completion.

William Martin, provided architecture, project management and contract administration services for this project. The scheme comprised the demolition of an existing bungalow and the construction of a new residential chalet style dwelling and external landscaping. The new property was specifically designed to meet the needs of our disabled client with assistive technology, integrated hoists, level access throughout the ground floor/external areas and an internal lift.
