Our team regularly source properties for both temporary and permanent occupation for people with particular mobility and care needs.

We recognise that the appropriate accommodation is a crucial part of the rehabilitation process.

We regularly work with legal teams, insurers, case managers and Occupational Therapists to locate and identify properties which meet a client's particular needs. Where temporary accommodation is required we are able to agree the scope of works with the Landlord.

How our team can help

By working closely with the client and their legal and care teams we are able to identify the specific accommodation needs and solutions required to maximise independence whilst acknowledging the needs of others who share the home.

Drawing on the expert medical and care evidence, we produce a brief and work with local estate agents to identify the properties which on first inspection appear to offer the potential for adaptation.

Our report will contain recommendations to undertake an inspection of suitable properties. Where the client approves the property in terms of location etc. we will undertake a technical assessment to establish the feasibility of undertaking adaptations to meet the client's needs.

We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround of data collection and reporting as we fully understand the urgency of finding appropriate accommodation.

Where temporary accommodation is necessary and adaptations are required, we will negotiate with the Landlord, produce Licences for Alterations and future reinstatement at the end of the lease. If required we will specify and administer the Building Contract through to completion.
