William Martin have experience of undertaking a wide variety of projects in both the private and public sectors. These range from cyclical repairs and redecoration, through to refurbishment and new build projects to offices, shops, schools, hospitals and private and social housing. Typical project values range from circa £25,000 to £5 million. We are familiar with traditional procurement using JCT forms of contract, as well as 'Partnering' contracts such as PPC2000 and NEC, used in the public sector. We are also familiar with Design and Build and acting as Employers Agent or Client Representative.
